Specter to Seek Reelection
Sen. Arlen Specter announced remarkably early that he plans to seek yet another term in 2010. Specter, a chief bane to conservatives throughout his career, will begin fundraising in earnest next month. Needless to say, much can change in four years, so Specter`s announcement should be taken with caution, as his health has hampered him and he is already in his late 70`s.
